To configure your Cisco Linksys ATA 2100 please do the following.
First login to your ata configuration menu by going to your browser ( internet explorer or other ) and type http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.2.1 . The reason it may be different is because if the ata detects a 192.168.0.1 network already it auto switches to 1.1 or 2.1 so there are no conflicts.
Once there click on admin login ( top right ) and then click advanced. You will see a Voice Menu at the top. Click on Voice and then Line 1 or line 2 ( depending on what line you are trying to configure ).
In the Line 1 settings you need to modify 3 sections and modify the following fields.
1. Proxy and Registration:
Proxy : 126.96.36.199
Outbound Proxy : 188.8.131.52
Register Expires : Change it to 60 seconds instead of 3600 default
2. Subscriber Information:
Display Name : Your Name
3. Dial Plan:
The SPA2102 default dial plan should work, you may want to replace the default with the dial plan recommended by Xinflix:
It is very important that it is correct so please make sure you copy and paste if possible.
Thats it. Click Submit all changes at the bottom and your unit will reboot. Line 1 or Line 2 ( depending on which one you have configured ) should be green.
