PACKET LOSS
-Removed personal router:
-Firewall disabled:
-Ping Google.ca 50 times:
-Ping CX ip 50 times:
-Packets lost over ping:
-Packets lost over ping:
-Replace network cable:
-Packets lost over ping:
-Reset TCP/IP?
Packets lost over ping:
-Test w/ another PC (if possible):
Packets lost over ping:

-Can connect with test@test:
-IP Address? (10.x.x.x):
-Can ping 10.x.x.1:
Packets lost over ping:

***If packet loss happens when pinging 10.x.x.1, escalate to Distributel, mention packet loss w/ test@test.
